2. How do I Sign up for an account with Graton?
You can apply online via our website at www.gratongroup.com or download our mobile app from Google Play Store for Android devices or App Store for Apple devices. After the sign up, you will be required to verify your account through some information and required documents. You will receive feedback on the verification process within 1-5 working days.
3. What information do I need to complete my signup process?
Individuals
• Verification of valid national ID document/passport
• IProof of address
Businesses
• Company details and registration numbers
• Business profiles or annual returns with directors’ and shareholders’ information
• Certificates of registration or incorporation
• Relevant association documents
• Contact details for authorized users
Individuals are limited to one Graton personal account, while companies can create multiple business accounts, either using separate email addresses or linking them to an existing one.

5. How do I send money overseas with Graton?
Once approved, you can manage cross-border payments through your dashboard or seek assistance from your account manager or customer support.
6. Are there any fees?
Our fees are transparently displayed during booking. While Graton’s charges are clear, additional fees by banks (sender or recipient) might apply, which you or your recipient will bear.
7. Which countries can I send money to?
We cover over 100 countries/regions, including popular destinations like Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and others. We continually expand our network to serve customers better.
8. How long will my transfer take?
Transfers vary based on currency and beneficiary bank. Generally, most popular currencies and leading banks receive funds within 1 business day, but it can take up to 4 business days in certain cases.
9. Can I keep track of my transfers?
Track and manage transfers via your dashboard and receive email notifications at each transfer stage. Beneficiaries can also receive progress updates via email.
10. How do I send money to a previous beneficiary?
Select the beneficiary’s name from your stored details when initiating a new transaction. Graton also offers APIs for recurring batch payments; contact us for customized solutions.
11. Why is there a request for supporting documents for some transfers?
Compliance with global regulations might necessitate additional documents to support your overseas remittance, such as invoices or purchase agreements. Payments are processed after compliance review and approval.
12. Can I cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is possible if the payment hasn’t been processed. Once processed or completed, cancellation may not be feasible. Contact our support team for assistance or email us for immediate help.
